Parsons Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager MEP to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP systems for building projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP construction activities for building projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project objectives.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of MEP works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on MEP design, installation, and commissioning processes.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP construction management, with a focus on building projects.
- Proven experience in managing MEP works in Abu Dhabi, with a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
