Requirements

• Having knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years to 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, processes, and compliance standards is essential.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams are required.
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on innovative approaches and solutions is important.
• Proficiency in using various construction management and scheduling software tools is preferred.
• Preferably with UAE work experience.
