Events Intern (Unpaid)

The Events Intern will support the planning and execution of high-profile luxury events brand activations editorial shoots and experiential programming across ITP Luxury Groups portfolio primarily based at Studio 152. This role offers hands-on exposure to event production client servicing and operational logistics within a fast-paced premium environment. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and eager to build a career in luxury events and media.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination & On-Site Support

• Provide logistical and administrative support across all stages of event planning and execution.
• On-site event operations guest assistance and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
• Manage guest lists track RSVPs and maintain accurate attendee records.
• Support guest check-in and coordinate with hostesses to maintain service standards.

Vendor Management

• Liaise with vendors regarding cleaning maintenance deliveries and event materials.
• Ensure gift bag components are delivered to the venue and assist with preparation.

Operations & Administration

• Track venue operational processes and contribute to updates of the operations manual.
• Maintain organized internal folders shared drives and client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support pre- and post-event requirements.

Research Reporting & Client Support

• Assist in preparing event proposal decks and presentation materials for clients.
• Research potential clients partners and suppliers; request quotes as needed.
• Document media coverage and compile post-event analyses and monthly reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Highly motivated with a strong interest in luxury events media or experiential marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (powerpoint & excel) and Google Workspace.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings weekends and extended hours when required for events.
• Positive solutions-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
