A professional organization in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced HR Assistant to support its Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid HR administration background who can efficiently manage employee records, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations.

The successful candidate will assist with maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting employee-related processes, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The position requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and a good understanding of UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize employee HR records and documentation.

• Handle daily HR administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR department.

• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and related records.

• Process and maintain employee leave and absence records accurately.

• Assist with employee documentation and various HR procedures.

• Ensure all HR records remain accurate, updated, and well organized.

• Support the HR team with additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

• Practical experience in attendance, timekeeping, and leave management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.

• Strong knowledge of:
