Inside Sales - Renewal Specialist, Security Systems

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support the sales team by preparing accurate proposals, quotations, and costing sheets, while coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities through the full sales cycle. You will help drive new PSA and L&M business, manage renewals, and ensure a smooth handover from quotation through order processing.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and detailed costing sheets in line with customer requirements, company policies, and margin objectives.
• Engage with end users, facility management companies, contractors, consultants, and business partners to understand scope, clarify requirements, and support the sales process.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Operations, and other internal teams to develop accurate and competitive customer solutions.
• Manage the full proposal and quotation lifecycle, including bid documentation, customer follow-up, renewal quotations, internal approvals, and order processing.
• Review scope documents and tender requirements to identify commercial, technical, and contractual considerations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, customer interaction, and order records in the CRM system to support pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support seamless handover, order execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate product and service information, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution through the appropriate internal channels.
• Receive LPOs and contracts, route them for order processing, and obtain the required DOA approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, approval processes, and business governance requirements.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer support, preferably in Security or IT solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating with customers, front-line teams, and inside sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Fire, HVAC, Controls, or Security solutions.
• Experience supporting PSA, renewal, or recurring service business.
• Familiarity with tenders, quotation preparation, or contract administration.
