Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and schedule deliveries and ensure timely pickup. Monitoring shipments, costs, timeline, and productivity.
Tracking shipments to ensure we meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Developing and implementing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records of shipping and delivery schedules, and other logistics data.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to logistics operations.
Communicating with customers and other stakeholders to provide updates on logistics operations and resolve any issues.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree graduate business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience in handling freight forwarder (Sea, Air, and Land transport)
Knowledge in UAE Customs and Free zone rules and regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
