Job Responsibilities
- Enter advance shipping note in the system
- Tracking shipments
- Pass necessary clearance procedures such as Bill of Entry and FIRS with Dubai Municipality or Dubai Trade websites
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipping documents
- analyze, create and manage logistics plans
- provide efficient transportation
- organize and manage storage and shipment solutions
- Register and maintain shipment data like space availability, charges, damages, and weight.
- Maintain cordial relationships with vendors, retailers, and customers.
- Resolve problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems, and logistics systems.
- Supervise the orders and make adjustments to keep the stock levels sufficient
- Ensure the orders are in compliance with regulations, policies, laws, and ISO requirements
- Internal Audit/ Inventory planning and scheduling to prepare the monthly file/record.
- Visiting to the Custom office – Agencies to proceed documents clearances.
- Booking the shipment online or visiting to their offices for other documentation.
- Booking for the shipment inspection or shipment clearance.
- Tracking the shipment and following up with the customer inquires.
