Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Import and Export Coordination:
- In charge of managing incoming and outgoing shipments for both local and international clients.
- Gather and organize documentation, follow up with suppliers and logistical firms to determine the quickest and most affordable shipping options.
- Communicate with warehouse teams for proper inbound shipment into the ERP system.
- Manage inventory to ensure a sellable shelf life with sufficient coverage is available across the year.
- Plan, prepare, approve, and place orders with International suppliers as per stock requirements.
Invoicing and Local Orders:
- Manage and prepare quotations to support the sales operations.
- Error-free invoice the POs on a daily basis for the company's customers across different segments,quality check them along with the warehouse team.
- Organize and schedule deliveries with in-house and outsourced teams,ensuring delivery promises are met with 99.9% accuracy within timelines.
- Arrange and follow up for collection of payments,share SOA with the customers via an automated system.
- Coordinate with eCommerce customers to schedule collection of back-to-back orders and keep a log in the system.
- Administrative tasks as and when assigned.
