Marketing & Communications Manager

Reliant Surveyors is hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager to own marketing for the full group across valuation, real estate, brokerage, corporate services and capital advisory. You will drive brand, content and lead generation that builds credibility and business.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Strategy & Brand — build brand strategy and position the group with clarity and impact.
• Social & Content — lead social media, the content calendar, campaigns and thought leadership.
• Digital & Leads — manage websites, digital marketing and generate quality business leads.
• Video & Campaigns — direct video production, events and client-facing campaigns.
• Lead & Grow — manage a videographer and deliver measurable marketing results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for all group entities.
• Grow our LinkedIn presence and build the personal brand of the partners.
• Create compelling content: market insights, case studies and reports.
• Manage websites, SEO, email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Support business development with proposals and credentials.
• Plan and deliver events, industry presence and partnerships.
• Track performance, manage the budget and report on results.

You'll Thrive If You...

• Have 5+ years in B2B marketing , preferably in professional services.
• Excel in content, social media and digital marketing.
• Have proven experience generating leads and supporting business growth.
• Are organised, creative and comfortable managing multiple brands.
