Team Lead, Enterprise RCM Operations

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned enterprise client accounts regarding AR, billing, and payment posting
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis of denied claims, rejected claims, and underpayments
- Partner with Client Success Managers to support client health and operational alignment
- Assign and prioritize weekly workloads based on client needs and claim volumes
- Oversee daily operational performance across AR, Billing, and Payment Posting functions
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for team members on payer requirements and systems
- Generate and distribute monthly reporting related to AR performance, denial trends, and operational KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing billing and collections teams
- Proven track record in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in Google for Business and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with clearinghouses and healthcare SaaS products
- Ability to drive organizational change and process improvements
