Junior Accounts Clerk

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Initial Term)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounts Clerk to join our client's Finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support who is eager to build a career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• File and maintain invoices, accounting vouchers, and other finance-related documents.
  
• Upload invoices and supporting documents into the Invoice Approval System, Oracle EBS, and other relevant systems.
  
• Retrieve invoice PDF files and supporting documents received from suppliers via email.
  
• Assist the Finance team in maintaining accurate document archives and records.
  
• Support invoice processing and document tracking activities.
  
• Prepare statements and perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Finance Department.
  
• Ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and maintained within required timelines.
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and document management.
  
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage high volumes of documents and meet deadlines.
  
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, Odoo, or QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
