Our successful Junior Sous Chefs …

· provide support to the Kitchen Management

· ensure kitchen operations run smoothly

· manage the food ordering, delivery, storage and control professionally and carefully

· manage kitchen staff , ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant information, and are continually compliant with standards and expectations

· actively participate in a working environment across departments where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent

· fulfil administration duties and implementation of HACCP standards

· ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained through positive connections and prompt handling of any problems

· build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent

· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards .
