Senior IT Project Manager - Sales

Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 small- to medium-scale Sales technology projects from planning to completion
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendor, and field stakeholders to clarify scope and success metrics
- Manage project financials by building forecasts, tracking actuals, and communicating budget impacts
- Coordinate project resources and facilitate team meetings
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Support vendor oversight for Sales technology initiatives
- Adhere to enterprise project management practices and maintain project artifacts
- Provide hands-on project support including data validation, adoption readiness, and rollout logistics
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience
- Experience with project life cycle methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid models
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional project teams
- Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Sales or commercial platforms such as Salesforce or CRM applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira
- Advanced English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
- PMI Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- 3+ years supporting projects in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, or commercial technology environments
- Knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas
