Mento Markets is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable business growth within the fintech and trading industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing partner relationships, and identifying innovative strategies to strengthen the company’s global network. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment while contributing to the continued success of a leading financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand partner portfolios to support business growth across global markets.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
• Drive partner performance and revenue growth across assigned regions.
• Structure partnership agreements and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development and partnership management.
• Strong understanding of fintech, online trading, and financial market ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Business development strategies and partnership management.
• FinTech and trading industry operations.
• Client acquisition, deal structuring, and revenue growth.
