Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand objectives.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Budget Management

Brand Development

• Build a strong understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with merchandising, retail operations, digital marketing, and creative teams.

Reporting & Market Analysis

• Track campaign performance using relevant marketing metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional marketing certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 4 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing or marketing management.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
