Regional Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaking)

A leading and rapidly growing Middle East business is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, brand growth, and commercial performance across multiple business sectors.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and has a proven track record building brands, generating leads, and supporting sales growth across B2B channels.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across the region, supporting both established international partnerships and growing business divisions. You will lead marketing initiatives targeting corporate, government, hospitality, and private client segments while overseeing digital performance, brand development, and demand generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing strategy, planning and execution
• Drive brand positioning and market growth across multiple business sectors
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate, government and hospitality clients
• Create go-to-market strategies for premium and high-value customer segments
• Support partner and distributor growth through joint marketing initiatives
• Oversee digital marketing, lead generation and content strategy
• Manage external agencies, vendors and marketing partners
• Lead and develop the marketing team while managing budgets and performance metrics
• Work closely with commercial and sales teams to drive revenue growth

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English speaker
• 5-10 years’ experience in B2B marketing
• Proven experience working with distributor, partner-led or multi-channel business models across the GCC
• Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management
• Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, content strategy and agency relationships
• Demonstrated success driving commercial growth through marketing initiatives
• Experience targeting corporate, government, hospitality, real estate, luxury, or high-net-worth client segments
• Strong understanding of brand building and market development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively within fast-growing businesses
