Manager - CRM

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform . This role will drive the digital transformation of the lead-to-cash process, ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and real-time visibility of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the CRM team while defining and executing the CRM roadmap.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts, and Sales Orders.
- Establish CRM governance standards and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Business Development, Bidding & Proposals, Sourcing, Contracts, and Leadership teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Deliver executive dashboards, sales forecasts, and pipeline analytics to support decision‑making.
- Manage relationships with IT teams and Microsoft partners for system enhancements and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems.
- Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract execution.
- Experience driving process automation, data governance, and CRM optimization initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
