Description:
OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Payroll Processor to provide payroll settlement services for its client base. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in payroll operations while gaining experience working with Workday payroll solutions and client-facing processes.
The selected candidate will process payroll settlements, manage client-specific documentation, handle payment-related activities, and support daily payroll operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll settlements within client Workday applications.
• Handle on-demand payment settlements as requested.
• Maintain client-specific payroll support documentation.
• Manage daily payroll control reports.
• Perform treasury exception reviews and related activities.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll support to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Higher education is preferred.
• 1–2 years of payroll customer service experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism.
Strong knowledge of:
• Payroll processing and payroll operations
• Microsoft Excel and documentation management
• Customer service and client relationship management
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred.
