Right Advisors is seeking a Lead Instrumentation and Control Systems Project Engineer in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating ControlSystems and Instrumentation activities, supervising sub-contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to IEC, ISA, NFPA, API, ATEX, SIL standards.
