Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in white-collar recruitment to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have UAE recruitment experience and be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment of professional and managerial-level candidates.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Use various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and headhunting, to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support hiring decisions and assist with job offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Work with HR team members to improve recruitment procedures and implement best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven UAE experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the Services sector.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and industry best practices.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Arabic and Filipino language skills are required.
• Candidates with their own visa or cancelled visa status are preferred.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
