Warehouse Assistant

An established organization in Dubai is expanding its operations and is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its team. This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to build practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, order preparation, and logistics support. Freshers can apply, and candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, unloading, checking, and organizing incoming goods and materials.
Arrange products in designated storage areas for easy identification and access.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare items according to orders and delivery requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading goods while following proper handling procedures.
Check quantities and product details against invoices, delivery notes, and stock records.
Support regular stock counting and inventory checking activities.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist in keeping warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
Follow company procedures for storage, handling, safety, and workplace organization.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery teams, and other departments when required.
Assist with preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are ready on time.
Handle basic warehouse equipment and tools safely as instructed.
Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
