LSG Field Application Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to define long-term product strategies and build customer-focused solutions for the Life Science portfolio.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Field Application Specialists to implement Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis and provide market intelligence.
- Partner with the Product Technical Team to support regional tender requirements regarding product specifications and documentation.
- Consult with the Commercial Sales Team to align product offerings with market needs and provide tailored sales tools.
- Work closely with Regional Field Application Specialists to ensure optimal product services through training plans and technical webinars.
- Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners to drive collaboration in promotional programs.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences Research or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of product knowledge within genomics and proteomics scientific instrumentation (e.g., ddPCR/PCR, NGS, chromatography, or Western Blotting).
- Proven experience in sales and/or laboratory environments.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
