Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month + Attractive Commission
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Estimator Responsibilities Included) to join our growing team in Al Ain . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the flooring industry, with the ability to manage client relationships, conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales opportunities.
This role is suitable for a proactive professional who can combine strong sales skills with technical estimation knowledge to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and cost proposals.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable flooring solutions.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resolve client concerns, complaints, and project-related issues in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and estimation w ithin a flooring company.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, site measurements, and quotation preparation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage site visits independently.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Must be presentable, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500
- Attractive commission based on sales performance
