Overview of the role

Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for sales? Join our team as a Toyota Sales Executive in Al Ain. In this role, you will maximize sales opportunities, build long‑term relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, trade‑ins, and accessories while maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

What you will do

• Achieve and maintain the company‑prescribed sales standards in your area, enhancing the brand’s image and prestige.
• Achieve or exceed CSI/NPS objectives, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, logging prospects and meeting targets to expand the customer base.
• Handle cash and credit customers, ensuring adherence to procedures and minimizing risk.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, industry trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills to enhance performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury automotive sales experience highly desirable.
• Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

What equips you for the role

• Degree or Diploma education preferred, but not essential.
• At least 2 years in a similar retail sales position.
• English essential; Arabic desirable.
• Leadership, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, decision‑making, and teamwork.
• UAE driving licence required.
• Technical knowledge of luxury automobiles.

About the team

The role interacts with Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. Employees often work extended evenings and weekends to meet targets.
