General Physician - Home Nursing
The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Physician to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. In this role, you will provide personalized medical care by visiting patients in their homes, guiding treatment plans, and mentoring nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate General Physician who values patient-centered care and wants to make a meaningful impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments during home visits to diagnose and evaluate patient conditions
- Develop and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on patient history and clinical findings
- Advise patients and families on ongoing care, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
- Provide clinical training and guidance to home care nurses on patient management protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company clinical standards during all patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid license to practice medicine in Dubai
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience as a General Physician
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively advise patients, families, and nursing staff
- Ability to travel to patient homes across UAE for consultations
- Demonstrated experience training or mentoring nursing or clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in home healthcare or community medicine settings
- Familiarity with chronic disease management and geriatric care
- Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and home care protocols in the UAE
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of treatment protocols for common and chronic conditions
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct clinical education sessions for nursing staff
- Basic proficiency in telemedicine tools and remote patient monitoring, if applicable
