At Sener, we deliver complex engineering and infrastructure projects across the region. We are looking to connect with experienced Senior Design Engineers with 12–14 years of overall engineering experience and a strong design background in Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and water transmission/distribution networks.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and undertake design activities for STP and water transmission/distribution network projects from concept through detailed design.

2. Develop and review technical studies, calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and other design deliverables.

3. Provide technical input and engineering solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure systems.

4. Coordinate design activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

5. Review designs to ensure technical quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

6. Coordinate technical interfaces with clients, consultants, and authorities.

7. Identify and resolve technical design issues, risks, interfaces, and changes.

8. Provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers.

Job Requirements:

1. 12–14 years of overall engineering experience .

2. Strong design engineering background in water and wastewater infrastructure.

3. Proven experience in the design of STPs and water transmission/distribution networks .

4. Experience across the design lifecycle from concept through detailed design.

5. Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure design principles and standards.

6. Experience preparing and reviewing technical calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and design submissions.

7. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. UAE or GCC water and wastewater infrastructure experience.

2. Experience with major STP projects.

3. Experience with large water transmission/distribution networks and relevant regional and international water and wastewater design standards.
