Job Summary

A creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual skills, a solid understanding of brand guidelines, and the ability to create compelling designs across digital and print platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual content for digital channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and office branding elements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Produce illustrations, infographics, and layout designs based on marketing briefs.
• Edit and retouch images when needed.
• Ensure consistency across all design outputs and maintain brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Support video creation through basic editing, motion graphics, or storyboard development (optional).
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

KPIs

• On‑time delivery of design tasks (Target: 95%).
• Quality of designs with minimal revisions (Target: Max 1–2 revisions).
• Stakeholder/Client satisfaction score (Target: 4/5 or above).

Work Experience Requirement

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.        
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).        

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree preferably, or similar.
