We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Backend Coordinator to support and manage the company’s backend operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating internal workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring that all operational processes function efficiently across departments. This position requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Functions

• Overssee and coordinate backend operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows across departments;
• Maintain and manage internal systems, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality;
• Collaborate with sales, finance, HR, IT, and compliance teams to meet operational requirements and support process execution, including client onboarding and transaction verification.;
• Prepare and analyze reports, documentation, and performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining CRM, ERP, or workflow systems, while ensuring compliance with company policies and data security standards;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.;
• 1–3+ years of experience in backend coordination, operations, or administrative support;
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/ERP systems;
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork;
