The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient administrative services. This role manages clinical and non-clinical staff, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, optimizes operational performance, and fosters a positive environment for patients, families, and employees. In a special needs or rehabilitation setting, the Clinic Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of therapeutic and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise administrative, clinical support, and operational staff, ensuring effective scheduling and performance.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate patient registration, appointments, admissions, and follow-up processes.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs, implementing improvements where needed.
• Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses, procurement, and inventory of medical and office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
• Address patient and family concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate health, safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or special needs environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinic administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Certification in healthcare management or project management is a plus.
