B2B SaaS Sales Executive

Location:

• UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) – Preferred

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage potential B2B customers through outbound prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and business goals.
• Deliver product demonstrations of the Flow9 platform.
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience selling SaaS, CRM, software, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI solutions, automation platforms, CRM software, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience selling into the UAE or GCC market.
• Existing network of business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other modern sales tools.
