Collaborate with the best

Pressure Pumping a partner of well construction designing new types of slurries to be greener and more competitive. Working to client demands with focus on service delivery. New foam package introduced at global level to reduce footprint at the rig site.

• Planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics
• Interfacing with the customer service managers and developing long range forecast for region resource needs
• Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment skills reviews and resource development through advance level training
• Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
• Handling latitude in project techniques
• Handling diverse clients in a region

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant equivalent experience
• Have 10 years of experience in cementing operations
• Have 5 years of offshore experience with Seahawk experience
• Have experience managing a team
• Have experience in project leadership
• Be a team player and display excellent communication skills in English
