Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Guest Service Agent to join its hospitality team. This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about guest relations and providing excellent customer service in a professional hotel environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting guests, handling service requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience. Candidates must currently be available in Abu Dhabi and ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate guest information and follow hotel procedures.
Requirements:
• Must be currently available in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of:
• Guest relations and front office operations.
• Hotel customer service standards.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
