Merchant Success Lead — Crypto Payments
Makepay
Makepay is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Dubai to guide merchants through the onboarding process and ensure successful crypto payment adoption. You will monitor account health and coordinate with various teams to facilitate merchant success.
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS or fintech, with strong skills in stakeholder management. Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.
