Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to join a growing investment sales team in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new investors through structured outbound sales activity, converting qualified leads into first-time clients while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
- Qualify prospective investors based on investment objectives, liquidity and suitability.
- Present investment opportunities in physical gold and silver as portfolio diversification solutions.
- Confidently handle objections relating to pricing, storage, investment risk and market conditions.
- Convert qualified prospects into first-time investors.
- Coordinate smooth client handover to Portfolio Managers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of outbound telesales experience.
- Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance, wealth products or other high-value consultative products.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
- Strong objection handling and consultative selling abilities.
- Demonstrated success against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- UAE based or willing to relocate.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: AED 6,000 per month
- Commission: 1% (performance-based)
