About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
Join our client as a Finance Infrastructure Investment Consultant on a six-month secondment. You will support the Investments and Corporate Finance function, focusing on large infrastructure investments and corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and underwrite greenfield infrastructure investments and strategic capital projects.
• Develop and review sophisticated corporate and project finance models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
• Support M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions, including financial due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Assess capital allocation opportunities, funding alternatives, and financing strategies.
• Prepare investment committee, executive management, board, and shareholder materials.
• Engage with lenders, financial advisors, infrastructure investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Enhance investment governance, financial modelling standards, and investment appraisal processes.
Your Profile
• Proven experience in infrastructure investment execution, including evaluating, structuring, and executing large-scale projects.
• Expertise in project finance modelling, including building and reviewing financial models and conducting sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Four to twelve years of relevant experience in infrastructure investing, project finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or corporate finance advisory.
• Experience preparing senior investment materials is a plus.
• Strong external stakeholder engagement skills are desirable.
