Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Account Management and Customer Success teams to drive platform penetration and client longevity
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and cross-sell initiatives
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and proactively resolve issues
- Act as a liaison between internal brands to align goals and develop client engagement campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
- Oversee key metrics including account retention, client satisfaction, and team performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel 20% - 30% of the time
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
