We are hiring a Senior Manager or Director in CRM Transformation to join a global consulting firm in the Middle East. This business combines strategic creative and technological expertise to build future ready solutions grounded in data and technology. The team is growing its practice in the region and is looking for talented professionals to help shape this expansion.
Discover the Role
In this position you will take overall responsibility for complex transformation programs and shape customer centric business models for clients across the Middle East. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, advise top management and steer strategic initiatives across marketing, sales and customer service. Additionally you will play an active role in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships throughout the region.
- Completed university degree.
- Minimum eight years of professional and leadership experience in consulting with budget responsibility.
- Proven track record leading CRM transformation initiatives and interdisciplinary teams.
- Deep technology expertise around Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to top management.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
