About the Role

As Project Director, you will lead large-scale, complex projects—spanning pitch, planning, delivery, and legacy phases. You’ll drive strategic direction, cultivate client relationships, and ensure flawless execution.

Role Purpose

You will lead large-scale project teams and manage a portfolio of client accounts across both pitch development and live delivery. You drive strategy, creative alignment, cross-functional coordination, and financial control throughout every project. You are ultimately accountable for quality, budget performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-profile, complex events from planning to post-event closure. Ensure all projects align with strategic goals, client expectations, and agency standards while balancing creative ambition with commercial viability.

• Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders. Build deep partnerships, shape project strategies collaboratively, and respond proactively to evolving needs—backed by data-driven insights.

  Own project P&Ls, develop realistic budgets, and meet revenue and profitability targets. Leverage historical data and forecasting to guide scope, pricing, and margin decisions. Collaborate closely with finance and procurement to maintain discipline.

• Integrated Delivery & Process Alignment

  Align all departments under a cohesive project plan using SOPs and tools. Lead coordination meetings, monitor progress, and ensure structured, efficient workflows.

  Lead and inspire cross-functional teams—including Senior PMs and PMs—by setting clear expectations, providing structured feedback, and fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and capability-building.

  Maintain project masterplans with site layouts, schedules, and HSE protocols. Implement agency SOPs consistently across the team and share feedback to refine delivery tools and processes.

  Champion the use of data to enhance planning, forecasting, client communication, and team performance. Use insights from past projects to inform scoping, scheduling, and budgeting. Encourage direct reports to integrate KPIs and analytics into their workflows.
