Job Description

This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories , serving as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

• Develop and implement HR strategy and plan aligned with the company’s business direction.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience , including proven experience in a senior HR role within the GCC region .
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization, and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
