NEXTON recrute un UX DESIGNER Confirmé H/F en CDI à Dubaï !
Ton futur environnement de travail :
En tant que UX Designer tu apportes ton expertise et tu accompagnes au mieux nos clients dans leur développement. Tu travailles main dans la main avec les UI Designers les Product Owners et les Développeurs le tout en méthode agile.
Tes missions :
Tu interviens dans toutes les étapes clés du Design Thinking de lempathie au test.
Ta réflexion est User Centric et tu intègres les enjeux business du projet. Ainsi tu cadres le besoin du client en définissant le projet et ses objectifs.
Tu réalises une phase de recherche pour connaître et mieux comprendre les utilisateurs. Pour cela tu es amené à faire des audits ergonomiques dinterfaces existantes des focus group et à analyser les attentes des utilisateurs. Tu mets en place un benchmark pour réaliser la veille concurrentielle.
Avec des ateliers didéation et de co-conception tu engages les parties prenantes du projet et réalises des hypothèses de solutions et des parcours dutilisateurs.
Tu interviens aussi à létape du prototypage tu sais définir une architecture de linformation. Tu es amené à créer des zoning des wireframes et des prototypes interactifs.
Enfin tu suis les tests utilisateurs (quali/quanti) en définissant les objectifs et les protocoles et restitues les résultats en proposant ainsi des améliorations de linterface.
Qualifications :
Fort dune bonne connaissance des méthodes UX avec au moins 4 ans dexpérience en tant que UX Designer.
Tu es passionné et tu observes sans cesse lévolution du marché les tendances du Design et les nouveautés technologiques. Ainsi tu maitrises les outils de type Figma Sketch XD ou Axure et connais les méthodologies UX et ses principes dergonomie.
Ta capacité à communiquer et à travailler en mode agile avec les différentes équipes et services est nécessaire.
