About the Role: UI/UX Designer (2–3 Years of Experience)
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and user needs to create seamless user experiences.
- Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions.
- Maintain and improve design consistency across platforms and products.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of interaction design, color theory, and typography.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience
- 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT/software domain.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across different types of digital products.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.
