Sales Supervisor

A well-established supermarket is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to coordinate daily sales activities, supervise the sales team, maintain excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and well-stocked.
Monitor daily sales and support the achievement of sales targets.
Assist customers and handle sales-related inquiries professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store or inventory team.
Check product availability and report shortages when required.
Monitor promotional displays, offers, and product arrangements.
Train and guide sales staff on customer service and sales procedures.
Prepare daily sales and staff performance reports.
Monitor competitor pricing and product displays when required.
Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving issues.
Coordinate with cashiers, storekeepers, and management for smooth operations.
Ensure the sales area remains clean, organized, and attractive.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in supermarket, retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of retail sales and customer service.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
UAE retail or supermarket experience is an advantage.
