We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team in Al AIn United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by providing administrative and coordination support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in developing project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers
- Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information
- Schedule and organize meetings conference calls and other project-related events
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation reports and presentations
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders
- Manage and update project management software to track project milestones and deadlines
- Facilitate communication between team members clients and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project success
- Support the procurement process for project-related materials and services
- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- 1 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
