Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities
- Act as the single accountable owner of a customer program's outcome
- Embed with forward deployed engineers to prioritize technical problems and attack orders
- Define objectives for demonstrations, technical interchanges, and test events
- Drive customer adoption to make the deployment indispensable
- Brief program executives on technical value and schedule risk mitigation
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships and navigate review boards
Requirements
- Sufficient technical range to earn trust from engineers and customers
- Strong ownership mindset focused on results over process
- Ability to navigate complex defense acquisition environments
- Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leadership
