Content Strategist

Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize research to surface strategic priorities and content gaps
- Audit navigation, taxonomy, and content types through card sorts and workshops
- Develop future-state navigation architecture, customer-centered taxonomy, and semantic models
- Define structured data and schema strategies to improve discoverability for search engines and LLMs
- Assess content for AI-readiness regarding structure, metadata, and formatting
- Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and Research to deliver scalable content structures
- Establish content governance frameworks and authoring guidelines
Requirements
- 8+ years in content strategy, information architecture, or related disciplines at a principal level
- Proven track record designing taxonomy and content models for complex ecosystems
- Experience with structured data, schema markup, and content optimization for AI discovery
- Working knowledge of how LLMs and AI systems retrieve and surface content
- Experience leading enterprise-level change management and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication skills for translating complex AI-readiness concepts
- CMS familiarity
