About the Company
Donut Studios is the in-house creative studio for New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for the world’s most ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and designers helping brands thrive through performance-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy for enterprise B2B campaigns, specifically for Amazon Web Services
- Lead and mentor the Creative Strategy team, providing coaching and feedback
- Develop and refine creative briefs for design, motion, video, and copy teams
- Partner cross-functionally with content strategists and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Drive creative testing and performance optimization using campaign insights
- Oversee creative quality and consistency across high volumes of assets
- Represent creative strategy in client meetings and build relationships with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on emerging trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally with B2B, enterprise tech, SaaS, or cloud accounts
- Proven ability to write strong creative briefs and translate data into creative direction
- Experience managing or mentoring creative strategists
- Ability to operate at high production volume with tight QC standards
- Strong understanding of paid social and display platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and DV360
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Familiarity with B2B and technical buyer audiences
- Comfort working within strict brand systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience on AWS, Azure, GCP, or another enterprise cloud/tech brand
