Employee Relations Coordinator & Training Support

NMDC Group

NMDC Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations administrator to help manage documentation, scheduling, and communications for the ER team. The role emphasizes confidentiality and compliance with policies, with duties spanning investigations, training support, reporting, and performance documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in HR Management or equivalent and have at least five years of related experience in similar industries.
