Operations & Service

• Supervise daily café operations ensuring consistent service and product quality.

• Support café opening and closing procedures including cash handling.

• Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards.

• Manage inventory stock rotation and supplier coordination.

Team Management

• Assist with staff scheduling attendance and performance tracking.

• Support training and development of new team members.

• Motivate and guide baristas and service staff to maintain high morale.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every guest receives prompt and friendly service.

• Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism.

• Build relationships with regular customers and enhance brand loyalty.

Sales & Reporting

• Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control objectives.

• Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights to management.

• Suggest improvements to increase revenue and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience in café coffee shop or restaurant operations.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of café operations POS systems and cash management.

• Good understanding of hygiene food safety and customer service standards.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS Software).

• UAE experience preferred.
