Business Development – Manager
Job Description
Drive the company’s brand and public image while developing strategies to promote services and specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to meet customer needs
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, tracking performance, and analyzing results
- Create strategies for increasing customer engagement through social media platforms
- Develop promotional materials such as videos, graphics, web content, emails, etc.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Present findings from analytics data to senior management
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies
- Monitor customer trends and analyze customer feedback
- Support product launches with effective marketing tactics
- Work with internal teams to develop promotional material
- Analyze market data to inform decisions on campaigns
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and develop counter strategies
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration or Related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience.
