Social Media Content Creator

This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly create engaging posts and reels for our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to support our marketing and advertising strategies.
- Produce creative reels/artwork for our ongoing paid advertising campaigns.
- Actively participate in brainstorming to come up with creative content that truly stands out from the crowd.
- Collaborate with both the general social media team and the advertising team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.
- Update and manage travel itineraries on the company website ensuring content is current and compelling.
- Analyze engagement data and adjust content accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends in the travel & tourism industry (global visas cruises escorted group tours etc. and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Stay up to date on consumer behaviour and attitudes in the UAE as it affects the purchase of travel services and more broadly the purchase of highvalue services within the company s target demographic.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation particularly with Instagram Reels and carousels.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience with content management systems and website content updating.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
